Is it because they are not chef? But I felt angry when he keeps asking or forcing people to try fusion and wanted to teach the Vietnamese how to cook their own food.
@chyneyee I started feeling the same way. However, I think what he was trying to do was challenge them on their traditions. To me, it came off poorly though. I'm not going to New Orleans to get steamed or stir-fried crawfish.
