@aid45 Unfortunately, it's like this almost everywhere there's an active military serving where the soldiers can find themselves at harm's way on a daily basis.
At the end, it's all about the money you gonna cost the country relative to what you can give back for it. As Swanny said: "YODO - You Only Die Once, so the dead are "just a single investment" .
It's a shame, because the country need to cherish and invest in the ones who lived and I'm sure that's what the dead would have wanted us to do.

So sad this one. I knew he'd kill himself just log this soon. As another poster seated the dead are respected and treated far better than the living veterans. Disgusting really. I wonder if its like this in UK where I'm from.
