I don't watch romantic movies that often. It's a genre that I tend to avoid because I can't be bothered with the sapiness, the cheesiness, the tackiness of the whole thing. Yet, somehow, The Lake House managed to pierce through my manly wall of zero feelings and melt my heart and get my eyes extra wet.
