Yet again, Robert's shoulder blade or neck got dislocated. There has to be something significant to that happening two times already. Perhaps something to do with that night in the woods. I'm honestly going to be a little disappointed if that doesn't turn out to be something important, and not just a coincidence it's happened, and been shown, two times already, like, it's one of those things that wouldn't make sense to show unless it had a bigger purpose.
