The fights often enough don't make sense. The "politics" (aka plot) almost never makes any sense. And the flair of the setting was overused, even more so than in the second part already. The "hotline" with some people taking notes about the new status, triggering the alert for all the killers out there ... yawn. Yet Stahelski seems to love this filler so much, it had to appear multiple times in the third movie.
