Season 1 was great and Guerrero is awesome, Jackie Earl Haley is fantastic. Mark Valley was a great Christopher Chance and the first season was so much fun. It had a lot of depth with the Junior/Senior story and the off the books approach to how it worked. I also really liked the backstory of how he became Christopher Chance. So Good! . . . but then Season 2 ruined everything. Indira played the Ilsa Pucci character quite well but the problem is that character sucks. Pucci pretty much ruins the show and throws away the cool factor by trying to "go legit" the reason why the Human Target concept is cool is because of the underground nature of it. The stupid plot about Pucci running an "honest business" is so awful it ruins the series. Season 1 is still very watchable and fun but Season 2 is a dumpster fire that makes the show boring . . . other than Guerrero still being a badass. This show could have been so good and had at least 6 seasons and a movie but nope, it felt like a Studio Executive forcing dumb decisions due to "trying to do what's best for the show" while also having no business even being in the room.
