The series began with all the performances executed in comedic hyperbole, which was disappointing for people drawn to a premise that could have had dramatic potential. Over the season the performances seemed to settle into themselves, leaving the exaggerations behind and grounding the human stories, but was it a little too late? I think it is unlikely the series will see a second season, and I give it a 6 (fair) out of 10. [Dramedy?]
