The occupant is a nicely crafted movie with a great acting and scenamatography. While there's a scarcity of content, this movie rise up with an extraordinary one! Starts so good and keeps you embezzled with whats gonna happen next. Well to be honest i like these type of movies. The movie went well and keep you interested however there is nothing special coming. If you enjoy acting, slow burns, subtle tension, and actually using your brain, you will like this. If you're looking for a slasher flick or a generic run of the mill horro, you can get those anywhere and dumb down all you want. I took a chance and it was worth it.
