@marinka678 I thought about "Cloudy..." when I watched it, but overall yes, it's definitely got darker tones like Burton's or Series... style. Though arguably it's even less dark than some older cartoons, just not as saccharine as most of the cartoons lately?

Saw this movie yesterday and absolutely loved it. I don't really think it's suitable for small children though, the humor is dark from time to time. Reminded me of Tim Burton's work mixed in with some 'a series of unfortunate events' vibes. Fun, heartwarming and a little dark.
