12x07 The Searchers

Two things:

1. I've been to Vietnam, a number of times. The way everyone kept saying "Da Nang" was... Acceptable, but the way the Lieutenant said "Cam On", ie "thank you" in Vietnamese? Truly terrible, it's gonna haunt me for a week, solid :joy::skull:
2. I like the route Ellie's been taking this season in regards to her characterisation... Despite it taking 7 whole episodes for her to be seen doing her work on the ground ( though I'd more or less blame the writers for that )! Watching her growth from a probie to someone on the job for almost a year is developing incredibly well and in favour for her character. I absolutely love that she stood up for herself and to Gibbs - she deserves to be treated just as any other agent would have been, regardless of whom had come before them. I can understand why people still wouldn't warm up to her because yes, both kate and Ziva were amazing, but this is definitely something that might catalyse a change in that.
