What is the non-refutable evidence against Sancar regarding Akın? Gediz informed them that Sancar killed Akın and Menekşe told them about the place of the body which was in the land of Sancar’s aunt. However it can be argued that these are all circumstantial evidence. So he should have been held for investigation and not imprisoned right away
