Sheeeeet, they actually had to make a new policy to enable in-office dating! That had stumped me sooo much when Sutton and Richard were sneaking around in fear they'd lose their job, that idea felt so medieval to me. Over here it's totally normal to just go to HR and report it. This not being possible seemed rightout crazy to me. I mean... glad they fixed that, but also... how messed up is this.
Another episode where they think they act like adults, but 50+ years down the road they'd be all like "my biggest regret in my life was choosing something silly as a career over the person I loved more than anything", but hey, it's what most people regret on their death beds, so I guess you're in good company.
And again with the misogynistic tropes (the heavy gossiping and envying a woman for her career, blaming it on "sleeping with men"), despite being SUCH A FEMINIST magazine. It's such BS really. Advertising feminism with misogynist writing... or if we were to dive into the world, then it's a feminist(-claiming) magazine with misogynist staff. Just... yikes.
