@psenci Agreed, it's the only thing that bothered me in the episode. They need to decide whether the books and comics are canon or not, they can't be both
@psenci Yeah, between this and the way that season 7 of TCW directly contradicted the Ahsoka novel, it's pretty clear that FIloni's crew doesn't care about what may have happened in the novels and comic books. It's a shame, but what can you do?

I can't believe Filoni changed Kanan's story for the initial scene, ruining one of the best comics of the saga. The rest of the episode was very good, but these kind of things ruin the saga for fans and collectors. I guess we can't believe the Story Group has a real purpose anymore.
