This episode proved just how bad a person / character Jess can be. Just started a job, wants to quit because she believes her boss is excluding her based on gender, barges in to find its not what she thought. Jess has barely evolved at all.
The show is at it's best when it separates Nick and Jess from their unnecessary will they-won't they. The moment they get together in any scene, the show begins to get weighed down by the dragged out attempt at a relationship, which the writers have forced on this show.
