This was an amazing version of Dune. I haven't seen the original Dune (1984) in nearly 40 yrs and should probably go back and rewatch it, but feel like it was really hard to follow and understand the entire storyline back then. This time around it was a very well done cohesive story - sadly only a half a story - and I desperately hope they get the approval for part 2 of this epic movie.
