Great episode, but a few flaws which the writers need to get better at. For instance, I can go with a metahuman that can change into any person, but how does their clothes change too? Also, how did Cisco develop a new device for Black Canary along with a Star Labs case for it when he clearly had been in Starling City the whole time? Just a little sloppy in the writing.
