Looks like its time for season 2 of Sex Education, im looking forward to it. Poor Otis, of course the girl he's dating's dad has to be dating his mom, on top of this now Otis has masturbation issues, poor kid. Im really looking forward to seeing more of Maeve, and now that Maeve's mom is in the picture, seemingly overcoming her drug issues with rehab, I cant wait to see how her and Maeve's relationship is going to unfold. Right now, and justly so imo, it looks like Maeve is pissed at her, not even calling her mom but by her name Erin, makes sense though considering that this wasnt the first time she said she was clean and the fact that Maeve was abandoned by her as she had to go to rehab. Its also nice that Maeve is back at school, after pulling off that scheme with the help of her English teacher, Ms. Sands, I cant wait to see her and Otis together again in the sex clinic and as friends. Also, now that Maeve is back in Otis's life, I cant wait to see how that'll affect Otis and Ola's relationship, cause I just know Otis isn't completely over Maeve and Maeve is still crushing on him. Jean and Otis's relationship is as awkward as ever too, I love seeing those moments in the series though regardless of how uncomfortable it can be. Looks like Eric is crushing on the new kid, im excited to see more of that, though it still seems like Eric has feelings for Adam, whose now gone in military school. Im liking Jackson's character alot, probably the one im most interested in this season, with the stress and anxiety Jackson's dealing with from living out his mom's dream of being a swimmer when its not really something he wants to do getting to the point where he intentionally self harmed so he has an excuse not to swim, but this way he doesnt dissapoint his mom by saying he doesnt care for swimming like she does, which I can imagine must feel impossible for him to tell her given this pressure of living out her dream, added with the constant feeling of being the only thing preventing his parents from divorcing. Also Aimee is a goat foor staying by Maeve's side rather than be apart of that toxic friend group. Also, Im quite interesting in this new wheelchair-bound Isaac character whose neighbors to Maeve, can't wait to learn more about his story. ALSO THE CLINIC'S BACK, LESS GO. Solid introduction to the season imo, cant wait for more.
