Well. It's mediocre. Better than the episodes before in season 4.Technically executed very well, but that's not Star Trek for the most part. Only the B plot with the idealistic, aspiring, motley crew of cadets encountering reality, overcoming dangerous obstacles, becoming a team, being educated by experienced, confident and calm senior officers and mentors (that's what you're actually supposed to do, Tilly!) is classic Star Trek. Well, as I said: it still bad. This endless, boring psycho talk... and the hugging. It's a shame how they waste their budget. If DS9 had that kind of money, they would not have blown it.
