So in summary, South Park thinks the reason Putin wants to start World War 3 or a new cold war is because and I quote:

"Putin isn't well, he's been feeling rather nostalgic lately. He's getting old and his pee pee doesn't work the way it used to, and that's been making him very aggressive"
