It has the same problem that DC movies always have, it takes the natural ending point and then tacks on an additional 90 minutes for no good reason.

Cons:
Batman is a caricature of Batman - overly moody and dark Bruce Wayne is also moody and dark - a pretty bad alternate identity The tacked-on arc at the end feels out of place and goofy in addition to dragging the movie out (but had potential) Redemption/development of Batman seems bland due to the lack of nature Wayne subplot is uninteresting and distracting
I'd probably watch it again, but it's not a priority
