Can't believe this is a work of Ohba Tsugumi, writer of Death Note. It was very disappointing. This anime was entertaining up to Metropoliman's arc but after that the entire plot felt like an unnecessary stretch. Even the ending was stupid. It started off with all that negativity that the second half almost felt like a "Slice of Life". I'll only recommend this to someone if they've nothing better to watch.
