Susan and Edie, two characters who are always fighting, who are always declaring war on each other, but always make wonderful scenes. I loved that moment when they were locked in the basement, especially for the honest conversation they had about relationships... Susan in the last episode had already told Lee that she can’t be without a man in her life, she fills a void that exists inside her . I laugh so hard at the gigantic list Edie puts together. And Susan saying that she got her second boyfriend during class break, the same day she got dumped by the first one!!!! Deep down there is affection between the two as well. I think it’s so cute Edie flashing that smile when Susan leaves. They work too well interacting with each other, no matter what.

Susan has been single for a considerable amount of time before, which is when Karl left her. And that happened because she became absurdly depressed. Now she’s alone by choice – glad she gave up on that idea of moving out. Let’s see how long. I think she needs some of that.

In Bree’s plot, I think both are wrong. Bree’s behavior in that scene where Orson talked about the grill was really embarrassing. Especially when it comes to her, who likes to hide things that, in her view, don’t border on perfection. I understood Alex being uncomfortable, especially considering that she reminded him of his mother’s behavior that ended up taking his father out of the house and such. But him making that direct criticism and using the word castration was also unnecessary, because after all, they had just met and she was nothing but empathetic and super nice to him. On the other hand, Bree was also wrong to use the house as blackmail to make him “behave” and not upset her. Anyway, the important thing is that they got it right. I think Alex is cute, he and Andrew are beautiful together, and I would hate to see Bree estranged from the two of them because of the strong geniuses that exist there. And Bree allowing herself to be criticized is really unheard of!

I feel SO sorry for Stella. She is so wronged. No matter how many flaws she has and mistakes she’s made in raising her daughters, she’s still a mother... I’m really sad that Lynette just abandoned her in an elderly clinic, even more if we remember that whole situation in season 4, when she escaped after being rejected and Lynette felt guilty, and kept running after her... Stella ran to the hospital terrified her daughter had died and Lynette left in a very rude and unnecessary way, “I learned from the best”. That’s why I like the moment at the end when Stella throws the truth in her face. And the narration of Mary Alice saying that Lynette was enjoying every moment of the conversation, feeling happy, makes me very happy too. I really hope she doesn’t abandon her again. Ah, sad for Glen’s death! Damn!!

And luckily Porter had the charges dropped for lack of evidence. But I hope the police keep doing their investigation and get to Dave! They need to find out that he even made the false statement about seeing Porter in the back of the bar.

Speaking of Dave: it’s amazing how fate lends a hand in his revenge. His intentions became even clearer in the conversation he had with Mike: he wants to take away what he loves most. That’s why he asked about Mike still being in love with Susan and showed surprise that he is loving Katherine. He even pulled strings to end the break between the two (because of Mike’s silence about her moving or not). He’s scary. And Edie going after him again...

Finally, Gaby’s plot is very fun, I laugh so much with her having back pain from carrying Juanita. And also when she takes the guy to yell at the girls. They rushed to put the toys in the basket!! But these girls are really complicated, very sassy Juanita. She looks like the Scavo boys, except they’re a little quieter. And what Carlos said is true, right? Gaby made him take this job, so complaining that he’s out and that she can’t handle the girls on her own is incoherent. But it was good that he showed the girls that they must obey their mother.
