George Herzberg seems like he could have brought more to the role and plotline if this story arc had been, well, interesting, or well-executed, but everything is just so bland. Why is this super secret demon-experimenting military base so BRIGHT. There's no atmosphere. The HD rescan has random gamma levels which tends to make things too washed out, but this place is just like a blank sheet of steno paper. Willow and Tara are boring, too, and they should be interesting because they're new, and Tara's introduction was actually pretty great. Oh well. Let's hope this picks up a little before Season 5.
