Well, not so hero because a hero would never take advantage of elderly people but kind of. -And Chuck, well, this episode showed the final part of his downfall and surely his last scene in the show. He died how Jimmy told him: alone.
oh, i thought the sandpiper crossing thing ended. even after that it did not fix Irene's life so he had to torch his elder law career to fix this. Knowing Jimmy he's not that benevolent. He got is money and then tried to fix things up.
