@precipice I know you posted this back in 2015. I was wondering if you ever finished the series? If you did, I am sure you found that it was well worth it! I agree with your post that it does make you sad to see all of the lives lost and what could have been. The episode that made me cry the hardiest is called "Fly Away"! Truly heartbreaking subject matter.

I'm only on the first season but loving it so far. Maybe it's the oldies music that plays during flashbacks and endings (which I LOVE because I'm an old soul). Maybe it's the brilliance at which they show endings (an interplay between the past and present). It also leaves me feeling sad (not in a bad way) when I think about "what could have been". Lives lost so long ago, and how those involved feel about it decades later. Going to continue it.
