Totally agree, I think they took it too far in a couple scenes. I had to double check this actually airs on USA on basic cable.
I'm a little disappointed about what they've done to this character. He started as a mysterious, calculating, brilliant man. Lately, he's just lost all of that, he's all over the place!

Tyrell is so bizarre. They may have gone a little out of hand with the amount of bizarre things related to that man. I think the whole idea of this episode was to introduce him as a character.
The whole debugging analogy is worth watching the episode.
