I didn't know the story is going to be 10 years after high school, so I was pleasantly surprised.
I have a soft spot for Michael (old and new one). Always pay more attention to his storyline. My original otp was Michael x Maria, but in this version I'm conflicted. I now like him with Alex and with Maria... This is going to be like Willow and Oz and Tara. I like it either way.
I didn't expect them to bring back Rosa, and I'm not sure if I like it.
That scene with Michael and his mother is the one I'm going to remember and think about for a long time.
Max I'm sure will be back so I don't worry about him.
Kyle is a nice surprise. (thank you for punishing that bastard)
I thought I would only watch the pilot to prove to myself that it is garbage, but ended up really enjoying it and plan to finish the show.
