I highly recommend episode8⃣that gives a great insight on Homelander and is a real good addition to the main show. Episode3⃣could also be a fun side story of the main show. Doesn't bring anything, but fits right in.
Episodes 2⃣and 7⃣are a nice addition for background world development, showing that not all people who take the V end up with superhero like powers. Some are just totally useless or uncontrollable.
Episode 4⃣story is kinda ok, but could be easily translated outside of the show's world, so not much interest.
1⃣is just for the gore. 5⃣for the stupid. 6⃣is useless.
