Meh... I've had this in my watchlist for ages and finally decided to give it a watch; boy was I disappointed. There's absolutely no storyline to explain all the "why's" in this movie so even at the end of it, you're still left with no clue as to why all this happened. All you know is a group of people are suddenly instructed to kill each other "or else..." After halfheartedly shrugging it off for a little bit, thinking it's a gruesome prank, suddenly the most base of human instincts kicks in (survival) and chaos ensues. But no explanation. That, along with the lack of really gruesome kill shots, was the most disappointing thing about this whole film. There was one really great scene but even that seemed like the filmmakers were to squeamish to really look at what was happening, while it was happening: they kept cutting away and/or lessening the impact of the "kill" so you really didn't get that shock-worthy impact of an extremely violent death. Apart from that one death (you'll know it when you see it), there was not much that was noteworthy or memorable about this film. The acting wasn't bad, but I mean, 97% of the movie was pure chaos so how do you "emote" that on screen? Several recognizable faces in here but even they couldn't save this one. It wasn't a "bad" movie, but it was extremely forgettable and there was absolutely no substance to it whatsoever. I would advise skipping this one; even at a mere 87 minutes, it isn't worth your time.
