I’m surprised to see so many positive reviews of this show. The main female character, Lisbon, is insufferable and I found myself rooting for her demise the entire show, similar to Olivia from Fringe. Jane isn’t a bad character, but it is an interesting highlight on how multiple law enforcement teams are so terrible at their jobs and literally can’t do anything without handholding from untrained civilians. The plot itself is mediocre at best and it’s one of those shows you don’t really have to watch and can just half listen to and still know more than you realized.
