This show was gone way before its time. If it had been released post-2020 I believe it would have been much better received. Sure, it had its fair share of writing issues (namely characters disappearing without mention) but the balance between reality and medicine and emotion is unmatched. It stands out amongst other shows because of it's focus on the work, not the doctors personal lives. Of course, we get to see that, but it's not the focus. the medicine is. I hope deep down that a streaming service takes notice and revives the show.
