Genesis is ep 1 and 2. Occupation is episode 12, and Resistance - 13. So 2 eps here includes 4.
Episode 1 is called Genesis (1), Episode 2 is called Genesis (2) but not in trakt.tv thus every following Episode is actually one episode number higher (E02 is actually E03, E03 is actually E04 and so on). So we now have 12 episodes in total.
Additionally E11 on here actually consists of two episodes E11 and E12 (aka. E12 and E13).

@andersonluis my guess is that they must be mislabeled somewhere, 1st and 11th are both double in time. thus you get to 13 episodes, all at approx 40 min each.
@andersonluis Trakt uses TVDB for it's episode listings and this is how the episode listing is set on there. You'd have to get them to change it on TVDB and then update it here.
