I don't know why they do these insulting draft specials every year. It's bad on TV, it's bad in the arena. They're poorly put together, and airing them on network TV draws extra attention to how many of the decisions are made at the last minute, and how little sense the whole thing makes. This year is even worse than usual, because they don't even bother to explain who is making these draft decisions for each brand when one GM runs them both. Why should he care? Why should WE care? Do they really think that people are watching one show over another based on what talent goes where? Those days are long gone.

They had the chance to get the belts off the NXT women last week, and didn't. You can't tell me that they planned this in advance.

Also, why is every faction able to be drafted together when they teased before that Judgment Day could be broken up? And the Bloodline, of all people, COULDN'T be drafted all together? Dumb. Dumb dumb dumb.

I hate the belt swap crap too, it muddies up the title lineage. Bianca WAS Raw women's champion, but now she's gonna be SmackDown women's champion, and then gives a speech about how she wants to be the longest-reigning SmackDown women's champ in history. When does that reign START, exactly? When she won the Raw belt, or the day she was drafted to SmackDown?

The only good things about this episode were seeing that AJ is back and healthy, and Sami & KO retaining the tag titles when everyone expected them to drop them. I'm sure they're still losing them before the Saudi show, but it definitely adds more intrigue now that the Usos are eligible to be drafted on Monday. Good match too.
