@kirstensnow The show starts 97 years after the nuclear apocalypse happened. It never said the nuclear apocalypse happened in our current year.
Also, she actually says 2102, so that would mean the show starts in 2232, and the apocalypse happened in 2135.
However, the wiki says the show starts in 2149 (which would mean the apocalypse was in 2052), so I'm not sure what to believe.
