It's quite unbelievable that the female lead was able to convince the burn patient. It might be somewhat convincing when she used the example of firefighters getting injured, but someone who is truly in pain is unlikely to be receptive to that. Furthermore, the cheesy and cliché words that followed were just unbearable to me... The female lead, who grew up under the control of her controlling mother, was timid when she was young. Because her mother she broke up with the male lead and told him that she would make the same choice if she had the chance to do it again, I can't understand why she would pursue the male lead like this. I can't comprehend what kind of personality this is.
