This continues the atmosphere/vibe of the original series without missing a beat, especially once it dispenses with the table-setting of the season-long arc in its premiere. Timothy Olyphant slinks back into this role seamlessly, and I loved the ensemble, even if the writing is a bit early-stage iffy on both Boyd Holbrook (a bit one-dimension agent of chaos) and Vivian Olyphant (wavering unsteadily between deeper self-destructive tendency and normal troublesome teenager, in which I feel her last scene of episode 2 doesn't track with what we've seen of her character up to that point).
