In the digital age of short attention span, this felt refreshing. Edgar Wright really knows how to do an entertaining captivating movie: the sudden transition between scenes (usually accompanied with a sharp sound), the overexaggerated camera zoom-ins and scene changes, the fast-paced sharp dialogue and the performances and characters that really pop. Above all though, excellent comedy. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost once again make the perfect duo. The action sequences and settings that go with them are very unique, they're not what you would usually see in an action movie. Some gory moments I didn't see coming. Perfect third act I had a huge smile on my face the whole time so damn epic and fun. Without a doubt one of my favorite action comedies!
