@maggotbreath i watched it again, I made it through it, and enjoyed about 50% very very much. You are right. Also, TOS had some of the worst episodes in the history of Trek. I dont know how they took it serious :joy: i can't remember the name, but there is one with a witch - they walk around with a giant prop that looks like a white styrofoam.. Penis? It's really bizarre
@chocoloctopus Ahaha yess i remember that episode, it was so unbelievably weird and i can't even remember the plot beyond the witch trying to seduce kirk, ofc. I recall the one where the space hippies sing songs and hijack the enterprise and the point of the episode is... hippies.... are bad? So deep, so philosophical :joy:

I'm convinced people complaining about this seem to just hate fun. star trek has had some of the goofiest episodes ever to grace tv screens and I love that strange new worlds is keeping up with tradition. 12/10, would spontaneously burst into a sea shanty again
