The Long Game is a bit of a low point for me in series 1. While I liked Sion Pegg's The Editor, his campy manic energy was fun and found other minor characters like Cathica fairly engaging the story overall lacked intrgue. It was especially dragged down by whiny stupid Adam. Say what you will about Moffett he does make the companion's boyfriend character work mucher better than this era does
