Low budget Chinese Mad Max, where at least 50% is shot in front of a green screen it seems. The CGI is physics defying trash. The trailer tried to pull off a Rush Hour feeling but there's nothing in the movie of that sort. John Cena and Chan isn't a good mix. There's zero chemistry between them. In several scenes it even comes off as Chan actively disliking Cena in the way he's playing off of him. The story is dumb and unbelievable all around, even if you just want a brainless action flick. Cheap all around.
