@sitkadog I know no one likes a pedant but I think I'm fighting a good fight here in noting that disinterested and uninterested mean different things, and unless you're really interested in telling us something that's common to most of us (that you have no stake in the program) you probably mean uninterested. I genuinely say this intending kindness; I'm not trying to dunk on you (though I do personally like the show!).
@sitkadog I'm pretty sure we are meant to dislike the characters. The lead couple are typical "white saviours" claiming to be charitable, but really only out for themselves (Her more than him, but he's guilty by association). I've watched the first 2 episodes and now I'm intrigued to see how far their fall from grace will be.
