Filler episode and I'm not a Donna fan... but compared to Star Beast this is a 9 out of 10.
I didn't notice the Newton race swap until I read these comments so it didn't bother me.
The only thing that did bother me is the scene when the giant Doctor grabbed the golf cart thing and Donna was lightly tapping his hand when she should have been more violent.
