For All Mankind 2019

Without any expectations, I jumped when I saw that one of the creators was Ronald D. Moore because Battlestar Galactica, which I consider to be the best sci fi I've ever seen and I really enjoyed the first episodes. Unfortunately the quality started to drop a bit right at the second series, which is a terrible shame because the idea is absolutely amazing. I love alternate history. But I was also looking forward to the scifi stuff, which I didn't really get to see. It's more set on Earth than in space.

Definitely the whole series is worth watching and really reminds me of BSG in places especially in terms of politics and relationships. On top of that, if there are shots from space they are really cool again in the BSG style. Anyway, a lot of things seemed completely unnecessary in the end and if I skipped them I guess nothing will happen.

I was definitely thinking all along that the writers should have had the balls to let the asteroid fall to Earth in the last line and the only survivors would be in space and the entire survival of humanity would depend on them. That would be something.
