I thought the point of using the nano strings was to caused as minimum destruction as possible, because the point of the mission was to retrieve information, and they didn’t know what it was, like a black box, records, journals, a hard drive… or where it was, and at first I was like yes this makes sense but then the whole ship collapsed and it stopped making sense. And isn’t it hilarious that the aliens turned on us because of freaking little red riding hood??
