The standard for what constitutes a quality movie has plummetted so badly in recent years. Dune 2 is another example. Yet another movie that focuses on psychosis, pornographic violence, and very little else. The chemistry between Zendaya and Timothee is nonexistent, not that it matters because their relationship, as is in most cases with superficial films that inject a love story, is as inauthentic and if anything adds to the lack of substance of the film as a whole.
