This is simply a bizarre, absurd cartoon that has the occasional hilarious joke, nonsensical character motivations, and a unclear path within its final season. Then, you begin to realize that this single show is responsible for the careers of future showrunners who would go on to create the next 15 years of some of the greatest animated series ever created, and you applaud it for those fruits.
Just a shame it finished before it got really good with its humor.
