This is absolutely bull***. Why all the other vampires from the stone still alive? They were ALL thrown in the bodies of vampires? They should be decaying like Stefan was.
@angelcosta you are right, however, I reckon there would be many more targets if they all became vampires. So this is just a selection of those who prevailed, Rayna could have killed 1000+ with the sword and stone
