Stupid but mindless fun. Sometimes looks cheap e.g the actual people under the stairs look like something from Buffy. The lighting through the walls was both cheesy but nice to look at. This is a movie that was made to be stupid. I hope. Most illogical movie I've seen with many holes. Who gave the people under the stairs torches? First half is better. For a movie targeting an audience that likes killer inbreds and such it should have pushed harder, especially in the second half when we're just waiting for the obvious. I can understand people hating it.
