An intriguing concept, but the plotting is a bit of a jumble. Strives for greater significance, but ends up being an average thriller with some cold and sleek visuals.
It's not that I have something to hide. I have nothing I want you to see.
If you're looking for a fast-paced, action-packed movie, you'd better skip it. Often it's only people who really do not stare at anything.
Still, not a horrible movie. I can imagine a lot of governments wanting to implement this kind of technology. And I can actually see that this happens sometime in the future. I liked the look of the movie. Cold, dark colors that create a dull and gloomy atmosphere. And the old cars are actually working well in the future.
However, I would have liked that one goes even further into the negative aspects of this technology. This is only treated superficially. But I think that was not the main focus.
It's basically a relative simple crime thriller in a futuristic environment ..
I hope there is a sequel! I loved this movie.
Interesting concept, I really liked the first half of the movie. But there's no way I can sympathise with Anon, after she deleted Sol's memories of his dead son and made him watch his child dying constantly. I'm honestly disappointed she got off scot free at the end.

I've always enjoyed reading the rules more than playing. Slow paced.

Not so much action, some black mirror feelings. Not boring and I liked it.

Minimalistic sets. Slow paced action. Set in the future but the future replicates the style of the early 60s. Good cast. Interesting concept that is impossible to film - they didn't solved the problem that the action is all in the eye of the beholder so it ending up with people standing about staring?. But, too slow and convoluted. I give this film a 6 (fair) out of 10. Netflix production. [Faux Film Noir]
Good movie! Very interesting story. I think the reason people say it's slow/boring is because I noticed there aren't many suspense sounds like in most thrillers and music/sounds are important

THAT ALONE KEPT ME WATCHING, EVERYTHING WAS JUST LIMPING ALONG TILL THE END AND IT WAS ONLY THE 3rd Act 30m from the end that it had my full Attention.

Feels like a long Black Mirror episode, unfortunately the length didn't add to it but instead just kind of dragged the plot on until some rando threw a monkey wrench in things. Not bad, but not better then Black Mirror and more of a time investment.
pretty good syfy type triller- slow in parts but pretty good overall.
Well, I really didn't like this. It's a terrible movie with a good and interesting theme, but with bad, very bad, execution. The actors seems to don't know what they are doing, the dialogues are poor and without any care, sometimes they doesn't make sense at all :D. Bad movie, everything is a messy thing. Don't watch. ^^
First Anon is a sci-fi movie - something rare these days I think. Though it doenst have amazing effects and stunning action, the movie offers good actors (For the boys here: It's Amanda Seyfried!) and has a good idea that is well presented. It left me thinking after the ending which is a good thing!

First of all, there's so much nudity in this movie. It made me uncomfortable, because none of it with maybe the exception of Amanda Seyfried was necessary. In the end, we have a movie I thought would be deeper, but ended up being a far far more pedestrian mystery thriller than I anticipated. As a result it kinda worked. I never expected things to turns out as they did because I never imagined this movie would settle so low. It sounds like a back-handed compliment and it sort of is, but I did end up enjoying the movie.
