This is a list of good and influential Found Footage movies / Mockumentaries that I recommend to everyone who wants to check out the genre. Most of them are horror/thriller movies, because in my opinion they benefit the most from this style of shooting.
I didn't include "semi"-found footage films that were only partially shot with handheld/surveillance cameras or made to look like found footage (Chernobyl Diaries, The Fourth Kind, Behind the Mask, End of Watch, Wer, Into the Void, Banshee Chapter etc). I also didn't include sequels (except V/H/S 2), because the first ones are almost always the best.

I was pretty shocked when I searched for 'zombie' under lists, and only a few short ones came up. This will be my attempted to create a larger list of great to down right laughable zombie movies that I have collected.
